More than Words是美國重金屬搖滾樂團Extreme發行於1990年的作品，一反往常重金屬樂風，而只用一把空心吉他伴奏的清新之作。
此曲發行後在歐美各大流行音樂排行榜皆獨佔鰲頭數週。不僅節奏動人，歌詞也頗打動人心。作者之一的Nuno Bettencourt認為，”I love you” 這三個字太氾濫而失去意義，人們似乎以為只要用這三個字就可以解決一切，但其實要做得更多、表現更多，才能真的扭轉情勢。
