Let It Go是迪士尼2013年的動畫作品Frozen當中的歌曲，由Kristen Anderson-Lopez以及Robert Lopez作曲作詞。由美國演員及歌手Idina Menzel擔任片中角色的配音以及演唱。在片中，女主角離開自己的王國，獨自一人在冰天雪地中再創造一個屬於自己的新王國時，唱的就是這首歌。Idina Menel收放自如的音色，完美表達了不必再抑制自己的奔放情緒。
本曲榮獲第86屆奧斯卡金像獎最佳原創歌曲獎的殊榮，也是2013年的熱門歌曲之一。
